An elementary school gym teacher and middle school wrestling coach in the Philadelphia suburbs sexually abused three minors he met online, solicited sexually explicit material from them, and provided them alcohol and marijuana, authorities allege.

A former controller who stole more than $200,000 from a family-owned New Jersey company used a retired owner's credit card to pay his daughters' college tuition, authorities said.
Mark Malinosky, 60, of Tucson, AZ, was sentenced to three years in New Jersey State Prison after pleading guilty to second-degree theft, computer theft, and financial facilitation of criminal activity, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens II said.
Malinosky worked for M Eagle Tools Warehouse in Newark from September 2018 until April 2024, overseeing the company's accounting and payroll, authorities said.
