Jarrod had been working as a dispatcher for A&F Services in Elizabeth, according to his obituary. He is predeceased by his brother, Christopher Welles. New Canaan Youth Sports Coach Killed In Massachusetts Crash A New Canaan man died after crashing his truck on Interstate 195 in Dartmouth, Mass., on Friday. Richard Carroll was killed around 3 p.m. Friday, July 20, after his 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 4-by-4 pickup truck hit the Highland Avenue overpass bridge, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office. He was the lone occupant of the vehicle. The crash is under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police.
