A Peruvian man wanted for raping a minor was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 11 in Hudson County, authorities said.
The man, whose name is being withheld due to privacy issues, was arrested in Guttenberg by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency said.
The man, who was in the United States illegally, was served a notice to appear before an immigration judge and his court date is pending with the Executive Office for Immigration Review, ICE said.
