Driver Spits On, Kicks Officers During Road Rage Traffic Stop On I-81 In Cumberland County: PD
A road rage incident involving a possible firearm ended with an arrest after a suspect allegedly assaulted officers during a traffic stop, Middlesex Township police announced on Monday, May 4.
Juelz A. Hodge, 20, was taken into custody following the incident that began on Interstate 81 and continued onto Harrisburg Pike in Carlisle, according to the release.
Officers were dispatched to the report on Friday, May 1, and—with assistance from neighboring departments—located and stopped the suspect vehicle in the 1000 block of Harrisburg Pike, police said.

A motorcyclist is dead after a crash involving a parked tow truck on a rural Connecticut road, state police said.
Matthew Sherwood, 27, of Wolcott, was riding a Yamaha motorcycle south on East Hartland Road in Barkhamsted near the Hartland line, when he collided with a Kenworth T280 tow truck parked in the road, according to Connecticut State Police. The crash happened around 3:43 p.m. Saturday, April 11, just south of Hayes Road.
Sherwood was rushed to Winsted Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
